Today I went out with my two friends to eat one of my favourite food.. Korean! They were my high school mates and one is currently based at England..the other based at New Zealand.
We went to this Korean restaurant is one the best in the town! We always hang out the same restaurants for meeting up. We started off with some marinated beef spare ribs..this is my favourite!!! and followed by chap che..the stir fry seafood glassnoodle.. and then the sweet beef stew, bbq chicken..kimchi soup..and the various side dishes with rice...ummmm yummy yummy..
we ate till we almost our tummy burst.. so full.
Then we headed to one my friend's house for karaoke. We sang till almost 1am..haha..hope we didn't make the parents awake..oops.
I felt very happy to meet up with my old friends..its always nice to meet up with old friends for good catch up.. I felt so relaxed..reminds me of last time when we were in high school..that time anyhing you got to worry was your result. But..when you are older than you have to bare more responsibilities and it's whole lots of difference. more stressful..
well...they will be here for while so..looking forward for the coming days.

charity dinner gala
Today, I attended a charity dinner. The dinner was organized by a club which the members are either Japanese or half Japanese. The fund is raised for helping the patients who has heart illness.
I went late and the dinner has already started by the time I arrived. But, I didn't miss the chance to watch some traditional Japanese performances and old folks play which played by the kids. I remember myself used to play all these when I was a little child. Suddenly, I felt warmth by the performance. Perhaps, the play made me homesick? Or reminds me of good old days with my dad in Japan. Because, he has passed away several years ago.
I still miss him. Although, it has been sometimes already, but sometimes I still cry for him. He was a very devoted father. Japanese school has lots of activities. Like parents day, which means the parents will come to school and watch how their kid behave at class. And he was always there with my mum. He was a real busy man who worked at the hotel as a VP, but he made himself a time off just to see me. Anytime like sports day or graduation day or whatever happening he was there for me. But now that he is gone forever, i really hard to accept the reality. I regret not having done enough role as a good daughter. So.. really, precious every moments in this life with your loved ones. Because, you never know what happens next. Forgive and forget. Whatever happened is already happened and you can't change the fact anymore, so what we can do is to make things not too complicated and turn the things better at the end.
I am saying this because, there was some misunderstanding between my dad and myself when I was going through adolescent.. at the end I realized that I was wrong and I talk to him again like old days but..shortly after he passed away suddenly.
Talking about the dinner I managed to make some friends too. One is Chinese married to Japanese and the rest are half Chinese and Japanese. Well...looking forward to meet them again..can chat about Japan in Japanese..I got to chat or else I might forget ha! Since I speak English nowadays for most of the time! ummm... tired now.. sleepy... night night.

belly dance!!
Today I went to belly dance for the first time i hurt my spine. Yes.. I hurt my spine about 3 weeks ago just before going to Singapore by banging against the iron bar.. It hurts!! for a week I couldn't walk properly. But now that I am feeling better so give it a try..
I started belly dance not long ago.. It is quite fun actually. I like the movements and the music..moreover I always wanted to pick up dancing. Actually I wanted to pick up traditional Chinese dance but.. here in Malaysia..not many teachers around..so I pick up this instead.
It was fun today..but towards the end my back starts to hurt again..and now the pain is still there.. Getting old maybe.. takes so long to heal!! well..I will still go again next week.
oops..getting late and got some work to do tomorrow..so night night!!

Singapore
Long time no write.. yes yes.. I was pretty busy with my work. Went to Singapore the other day and I didn't actually enjoy that much. Walked along Orchard road for shopping.. supposed to be shopper's paradise or something but.. I couldn't really find things that much. I don't know why.. I didn't like the malls as they looked old and not impressive. The allocations of the shops were so messy.. And for the designs at the designer shops that they offer there are not so nice.. i would say pretty boring.
And talking about the food..ummm also not so impressive. Went to few restaurants at various hotels such as grand hyatt and hillton.. I didn't find the food were tasty or creative in a way. Well.. maybe i expected too much. Sorry no pictures as i was rushing here and there. And I don't like to take pictures that much as i don't put on make up most of the time = look very pale. And i didn't have time much to look around so i couldn't find nice scenic to take either.
Next time..

heloo!
Hi there! Welcome to my blog...I am monchichi. This is my first time to write my own blog so will tell you about myself...
I don't speak English as my mother tongue so please be patience as you read.... your patience is much appreciated. I am staying in Malaysia. A country known for the great weather and food..and don't forget the beautiful nature. My hobbies are cooking, traveling and gym. So far I think Spain is the best and would love to go to Greece for my next trip. Talking about passion... i guess its fashion. I really love to shop a lot.. the things that i look for are shoes..bags.. nice dresses..there is no end to it and it seems can't get enough of it. It's a girl thing i guess.. no guys can understand how we women feel towards fashion..unless he is metro sexual or he is gay.
I love music too.. the range is very wide..from alt rock to jazz.. music is great. its heals our mind and heart and give us a boost in our emotion. Stacy Kent is a great jazz singer..she is one of my favourite. I myself love to sing a lot... i really enjoy singing at the karaoke with my friends..we sang till almost no voice. Well... i remember when i was young i seriously consider myself to become singer you know... but..in the end i didn't try and i just went on to different way.. totally not related to the entertainment industry. Talking about entertainment industry.. the HK ones are getting bad. Its harder to find a good actors nowadays. Don't talk about Tonny leoung.. the only younger actor who can act in HK would be Daniel Wu. I like him as he has a very unusual look not just good looking.. he has the polish look which i like. He has improved over the years! But..the blood brothers which recently released here was not what i imagined to be. It was too simple and couldn't feel much of the sadness or ummm... the emotional part of the each characters are too blunt. I think this consider good in hk movies already. Now i am looking forward to watch lust caution. I think this movie would be v good..
Ok..i got to sleep now. Cheers...Zzzzzz
